Application Procedure
To complete the registration process, you will need to have the following items.

- Financial Obligation Contract (signed & dated)
- Extended Care Contract (signed & dated)
- Immunization Record (Required of all entering students)
- Proof of Tdap immunization (Required of all students entering 7th grade)
- School Entry Physical form (Required of all students entering 1st grade)
- Birth Certificate
- Baptism Certificate-No certificate, we will assume student is not Baptized
- Current Report Card
- *** Students will not be considered registered, and their place will not be held until Registration fees are paid in full.
- Click on the ‘New Enrollment Link’ below then ‘Create Account’. New Enrollment is done via "GRADELINK". The link below will take you to Gradelink ONLY for first time enrollment. DO NOT USE this link for daily Gradelink interactions.
- Once your account is created you may ‘Complete Enrollment’ for each of your children attending St. James Catholic School.
- Complete all required information in full for each child
- PAY each student’s registration fees by debit/credit card (2% fee) or ACH (electronic check-no fee) (cash payments must be made in the school office.)
