- Prompt payment of tuition is a factor in determining continued enrollment.
- Tuition payments and fees may be made with cash, check or credit card. There is a 3% fee when using a credit/debit card.
- Tuition is due on the 15th of each month (August through May). For new families the first month's tuition is due on acceptance. Tuition is considered late as of the 15th of each month and is therefore subject to a $30 late charge. First month’s tuition is due August 15th.
- Tuition is considered delinquent when in arrears by two months. Parents delinquent in payment of tuition face removal of their child(ren) from St. James School at the discretion of the principal in consultation with the pastor.
- Parents anticipating difficulty in maintaining tuition payments are encouraged to contact the principal for tuition relief assistance in advance of those obligations becoming late or delinquent. All requests for relief are strictly confidential.

All students arriving before 7:30 am must report to the 3rd grade gate. **Morning Care will be available daily beginning at 7:00 am (unless prior arrangements are made for the earliest of a 6:30 am drop off) until 7:30 am. The school will assume no liability for students who arrive before 7:30 AM and do not report to the designated classroom. The school will also assume no liability for students who leave the school grounds and do not participate in the afternoon Extended Care Program.
